The Visio desktop feature that exported BPMN diagrams as Power Automate cloud flows is deprecated from 14 July 2026.

The PROSE-backed helper that wrote formatting expressions for you is gone from the classic designer. Nothing breaks in existing flows — you just write the expression yourself now.

Move to Write the expression directly, or use the new designer's expression assistance.

The Viva Engage connector stopped accepting OAuth 2.0 connections; new ones must use Entra ID. Existing OAuth2 connections had a grace period to 15 November 2025, so anything still on one is already broken.

Move to Recreate the connection using Entra ID authentication.

The V1 actions on the SQL Server connector were disabled from 30 June 2025, not merely unsupported. Any flow still calling one has already stopped working.

The original Snowflake connector was discontinued on 26 May 2025 and replaced by a rewritten one, still labelled preview. Flows on the old connector need repointing and reauthenticating, not just a version bump.

The Power Virtual Agents help chatbot in the bottom-left corner of the Power Automate maker portal is being removed from every page. Makers who use it to ask product questions will need to go to Learn or support instead.

Personal Microsoft accounts can no longer be used with Power Automate. The kind of thing that bites a proof-of-concept someone built on their own account and then quietly put into production.

Move to Move the flows to a work or school account before the deprecation window closes.

The Power Automate mobile app is deprecated from 31 August 2026 and is being pulled from the App Store and Google Play, with no more updates or support.

Move to Use the web app; run approvals in Teams or Outlook.
