Snapshots in sales forecasting

Support ended 30 Jun 2024 · 27 months ago

Retiring

Sales Close Agent

Effective 30 Sept 2026 · in 13 days

No new instances can be created from 30 September 2026. Microsoft's replacement is the Sales Development agent, so any Close Agent design work should move across now rather than at cutover.

Full-screen view of Copilot in Sales

Support ended 1 Sept 2025 · 13 months ago

From September 2025 the full-screen Copilot view is deprecated region by region, and the Copilot entry disappears from the app site map. Everything moves to the side pane, so any training material or adoption guide showing the full-screen experience is now wrong.

Contact tracking in Dynamics 365 App for Outlook

Support ended 1 Oct 2025 · 12 months ago

Tracking Outlook contacts straight into Dynamics 365 Sales from the classic Outlook desktop app reached end of support on 1 October 2025. Worth checking on any account still on classic Outlook, because contact tracking is usually somebody's established habit rather than a documented process.
