Capacity Operation Events in Real-Time Hub (Preview)
Capacity admins can now stream operation-level telemetry from an F SKU into Real-Time Hub, in preview. Where the existing Capacity Overview Events told you the capacity was throttling, these tell you which workspace, item and operation caused it — which is the bit you actually need when a refresh window collapses.
